Responsibilities
Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, providing coaching and reinforcing literacy skills introduced by Reading Specialists
Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach their weekly academic targets
Guiding emotional self-regulation, resilience, and critical thinking through consistent routines and supportive interactions
Monitoring student development and challenges, identifying concerns proactively, and refining approaches with your team
Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individualized attention
Qualification
Required
Must be available to work full-time and on-site at our Miami, FL campus
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3+ years of experience engaging with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
Strong storytelling ability and energetic presentation skills: capable of capturing and sustaining the attention of young children in group settings
Capacity to maintain elevated expectations for both yourself and students, and motivate children to achieve their objectives
Growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
