Conducting customized, conversion-focused family campus visits that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build trust in our educational approach
Implementing and managing strategic outreach initiatives with prospective families to advance them through enrollment stages
Maintaining strict safety and child protection standards to ensure a demonstrably secure setting for students and families
Supervising all facilities management functions, including scheduled maintenance, vendor relationships, and repair coordination
Regularly reviewing performance data to optimize procedures and enhance both operational effectiveness and enrollment results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
