Responsibilities

Welcome all guests to the community
Guide customers through the home buying process while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals
Actively use CRM program for follow-up and marketing management
Demonstrate model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites
Understand in-depth all aspects of your community: floor plans, amenities, home sites
Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting
Monitor, meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
Assist Online Sales Consultant & Marketing Team
Build & maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis

Qualification

Commissioned sales experienceReal estate licenseSales metricsProfessional communicationTeam collaboration

Required

At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience, preferably in homebuilding or luxury sales
Proven metrics and sales results (e.g. percentage of goals met or exceeded, awards and accomplishments)
Professional communication skills
Must be a strong team collaborator
Must have reliable transportation to meet established job functions
An active real estate license may be required in some markets

Preferred

Four-year degree preferred
