Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain servers and systems to ensure optimal performance and security

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner

Implement and maintain security protocols and data backups. Ensure systems are secure from unauthorized access and data loss

Regularly monitor systems and servers for issues, and proactively improve their performance and efficiency

Install and configure system updates and security patches to keep all systems current and secure

Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Work closely with other IT team members, developers, and project managers to implement new technologies and solutions

Help develop, implement, and test disaster recovery procedures and business continuity plans
