Assistant Property & Facilities Manager - The Village Lodge
Mammoth Mountain is a premier resort destination, offering a unique work and play experience in the mountains. The Assistant Property & Facilities Manager will assist in overseeing hotel facilities and common areas, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while performing basic maintenance tasks.
Travel
Responsibilities
Assists the Facilities and Property Manager oversee the facilities of the hotel and common areas for the Homeowners and Master Association
Assists the Manager in achieving guest, employee, and financial goals
Supervises facilities staff, manages work order program, responds to emergency maintenance calls
Performs basic maintenance jobs
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in building maintenance
Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management, homeowners, Boards, and staff
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
