Replying to incoming inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, thoughtful messaging that avoids generic templates
Conducting campus tours and informational sessions that demonstrate precisely how and why our instruction is faster, and which families benefit most
Managing the complete admissions cycle, covering applications, trial visit days, enrollment conversations, and family onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and student information system records for weekly performance reviews, particularly within HubSpot
Iterating on admissions materials, procedures, and frequently asked question documents using live parent feedback and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing complete admissions cycles at a selective, tuition-funded academic institution
Documented track record in directing competitive enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final commitment
Outstanding communication capabilities across writing, public speaking, and personal engagement
Ease and professionalism when interacting with affluent families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (particularly HubSpot), calendar management, and precision in execution
Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Preferred
Background in prestigious K–12 independent school or selective higher education admissions
Track record organizing personalized, high-conversion enrollment events
Proficiency with analytics, KPIs, and evidence-based strategy refinement
Knowledge of AI-enhanced or mastery-focused educational frameworks
