Responsibilities

Perform a variety of operational and monitoring activities for the City's solid waste and recycling programs to ensure compliance with solid waste rules, policies, regulations, and ordinances
Perform field inspection work
Repair and exchange cracked containers
Respond to customer requests
Investigate and resolve complaints
Attend outreach events to educate the public on solid waste and recycling programs
Carry out container collection and/or delivery services

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED, and one year of customer service and/or community outreach experience
Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona Driver License
