Responsibilities

Collaborate with local IT, Lab, and network/firewall teams to connect lab devices to the Telcor QML environment

Access and configure servers to manage connectivity and resolve communication issues

Partner with laboratory sites to run validation tests, collect screenshots, and compile documentation packets

Finalize validation materials for Medical Director review and approval

Required

Solid interface, middleware, and technical troubleshooting experience

Background in Lab integrations – familiarity with lab instruments, HL7 interfaces, and data validation processes

Strong lab interfacing and middleware experience, preferably with Telcor QML or similar applications (Data Innovations, Instrument Manager, Orchard Copia, etc.)

Proven experience connecting lab instruments/devices to middleware and troubleshooting connectivity issues

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
