CRDN Midwest is a national leader in content restoration, helping families and businesses restore their most valued possessions after disasters. They are seeking a driven Business Development expert to manage the Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota territory, focusing on building deep relationships within the insurance and property restoration industries.

Responsibilities
Aggressively prospect and build deep, trusting relationships with insurance adjusters, restoration contractors, and property managers
Drive CRDN visibility through consistent, high-impact activities: Regular Drop-ins & Jobsite Visits, Hosting 'Lunch-and-Learns', Active participation in industry events and associations
Educate referral partners on the value and process of Textile, Electronics, and Contents Restoration
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral and revenue goals
Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track sales activity, leads, and touchpoints across the entire territory
Qualification
Required
2+ years of successful outside sales, business development, or account management experience
Energetic, approachable, and a powerful communicator with an exceptional ability to build long-term, loyal partnerships
Organized, self-motivated, and willing to travel frequently across Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota
Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience in insurance, property restoration, or related trades
