Talent Acquisition Consultant
MAPFRE is a property and casualty insurance company seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant who will focus on Exempt and Leadership level positions. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, recruiting candidates, and implementing effective recruitment programs in collaboration with business leaders.

Responsibilities
Determines strategies to source talent across a variety of disciplines
Recruits, screens and selects candidates for a variety of positions throughout the company
Researches best practices and works closely with management to develop and implement effective Recruitment programs and strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience
8 or more years - or Bachelor's Degree equivalent plus 10 or more years
Advanced knowledge of practices within field
Thorough knowledge of employment laws, recruiting concepts and practices
Corporate Recruiting experience with a track record of strategic partnerships to build pipelines and attract talent
Proven interest and ability to Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges
Experienced negotiation with Agencies and vendors
Project work to include: integrations and upgrades of sourcing tools, hiring events, etc
Proven Exceptional organizational, communication and negotiating skills
Working knowledge of HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems
Collaboration Tools, Sourcing and data mining experience, AI in Recruiting, etc
Preferred
PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required
