Responsibilities

Investigating local permitting, zoning, licensing, and inspection protocols using AI-powered tools and authoritative sources
Contacting municipal and regional agencies directly to confirm requirements, resolve ambiguities, and establish compliant pathways
Converting scattered regulations, correspondence, and discussions into organized checklists, schedules, and action items
Preparing, filing, and monitoring submissions through approval with rigorous attention to accuracy
Synchronizing with construction crews and vendors to ensure build schedules match inspection and approval timelines
Traveling regularly, generally 3 - 4 days weekly, to U.S. cities to advance openings through hands-on presence
Keeping straightforward, precise tracking systems so teams always understand approval status, blockers, and your resolution efforts
Delivering concise status updates to senior internal stakeholders

Required

Located in the United States with authorization to work without requiring visa sponsorship

Confidence initiating dialogue with new contacts and establishing trust efficiently
Reliable execution on detail-intensive assignments with firm deadlines
Proven application of AI tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity to enhance research, planning, or communication tasks

Preferred

Background involving permits, inspections, facilities management, construction, real estate, or regulatory compliance, including internship or project experience
Participation in student government, event logistics, facilities roles, or leadership requiring multi-party coordination
