Responsibilities

Design, architect, implement, and administer Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related integrations

Lead Exchange Online initiatives, including mailbox migrations, hybrid configurations, security controls, performance monitoring, and ongoing administration

Plan and execute OneDrive for Business migrations from legacy file systems, including governance, security enforcement, automation, and user adoption

Deploy and manage Microsoft Teams environments, including tenant configuration, policies, integrations, usage monitoring, and system health

Integrate M365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) with each other and with third-party applications

Implement and enforce security, compliance, and data governance controls, including DLP, retention policies, eDiscovery, encryption, and access management

Monitor service health, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide tier 2/3 escalation support to ensure high availability and optimal user experience

Utilize PowerShell and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline administration, reporting, and policy enforcement

Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation covering configurations, procedures, troubleshooting, and change management

Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, new features, and best practices; proactively recommend and implement improvements

Collaborate with IT teams, business units, developers, and vendors to align collaboration solutions with organizational goals
