Dynamics Executive Search is seeking an Executive Recruiter/Recruiting Analyst to join their team focusing on financial services. The role involves sourcing talent, conducting market research, and supporting senior recruiters in high-impact searches across various financial sectors.
Responsibilities
Source and identify top-tier talent across financial services using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and referrals
Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research
Engage with candidates through outreach, screening conversations, and relationship building
Support active searches by managing pipelines, interview coordination, and candidate tracking
Prepare candidate summaries, outreach messaging, and internal research materials
Partner closely with senior recruiters to deliver a best-in-class candidate and client experience
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, research, or a highly analytical/client-facing role
Strong interest in financial services and talent markets
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Proficient in LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM/ATS tools (Bullhorn a plus)
