Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension

Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading

Reviewing student performance data to refine instructional strategies and identify actionable insights

Working with engineering teams to assess and improve AI-based literacy platforms

Qualification

Advanced reading instruction certificationAI/adaptive learning platformsBachelor's degree in educationAssessing reading proficiencyDifferentiated instructionSmall-group reading interventionsCreating personalized experiences

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades

Demonstrated ability to assess reading proficiency, form student groups, and create differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula

Experience working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
