Responsibilities

Managing the complete relationship cycle with NYC families from initial inquiry through enrollment, ongoing retention, and sustained advocacy
Conducting high-impact information sessions and individual discussions that support families through intricate, multi-stage decision processes
Acting as the central contact for parent questions, input, and sensitive matters—addressing them with finality and professionalism
Generating enrollment growth through on-site engagement, focused outreach, and thorough integration into the local family network
Mobilizing satisfied families to become active advocates and referral contributors within New York City's closely interconnected communities

Required

Minimum 5 years in client-facing positions serving high-net-worth families (>$1M household income), with accountability for securing or enrolling commitments valued at $5K+ or multi-year agreements
Proven experience supporting families through multi-meeting decision frameworks that culminated in executed agreements or verified commitments
Quantifiable results from previous roles, including conversion performance and metrics for retention, satisfaction, or referrals
Experience managing an individual lead portfolio or community network independently from first inquiry through final decision
Confirmed capability to organize events or services for 25+ high-profile participants concurrently
Verified experience resolving sensitive concerns, grievances, or confidential matters with documented successful outcomes
Current residency in NYC or within a 1.5-hour commute; prepared to work on-site full-time and participate in local events
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

Professional history in private education, philanthropic advising, luxury client services, premium hospitality, wealth advisory, or concierge-tier service delivery
Pre-existing knowledge of NYC private school systems and family social structures
Experience serving as the representative of a purpose-driven institution to sophisticated, high-visibility stakeholders
