Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidential information is secure
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
Order and manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary
Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support staff with day-to-day tasks and special projects as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
