Crossover is a company focused on developing the next generation of champions at Texas Sports Academy. They are seeking an Elite Sports Mentor to lead daily motivational programming and teach life competencies through sport to high-potential student-athletes.

Responsibilities

Conducting daily morning sessions that focus and prepare student-athletes for the day

Delivering individualized motivational coaching centered on academic and personal development

Running life skills workshops that incorporate narrative, self-assessment, and hands-on guidance

Overseeing afternoon sports training that cultivates resilience, collaboration, and responsibility

Monitoring student advancement and maintaining rigorous expectations for both attitude and output

Required

Former elite-level athletes who have competed at the pinnacle of sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Documented experience applying sport as a tool for mentorship and life skills coaching

Established track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts

Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Prepared to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX
