The role involves supporting the software development lifecycle, collaborating with project teams, and providing ongoing support to existing applications.

Responsibilities

Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and closeout, under the guidance of senior team members

Develop, test, debug, and enhance applications based on client and business requirements

Assist with database reporting, application deployments, production support, and basic security and data management tasks

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and support timely delivery of project deliverables

Provide ongoing support to existing applications and assist with client-facing activities such as demos, documentation, and user walkthroughs

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by following coding standards, maintaining documentation, learning new technologies, and supporting team initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree is required, concentration in business, management, computer science, or information systems, preferred

1-3 years Up to 3+ years of experience as a software developer

Demonstrates critical thinking and project management skills

Experience working with object oriented programming languages (Preferably C# & ASP.NET) is preferred

Experience working with database query languages (Preferably MS SQL Server) is preferred

Experience with design concepts and libraries such as MVC and Entity Framework is preferred

Experience with web languages such as JavaScript and HTML is preferred

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business and technical environments and within a diverse group of individuals

Highly organized and capable of handling multiple projects

Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment

Able to perform effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Possesses a high degree of professionalism including the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality

Computer proficient with the capability of performing at an advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Software Development Suite of products, Microsoft Office Suite of products, and other relevant technical applications

May be required to work extended hours during the workweek and/or on weekends

May be required to travel and work from different company and client locations
