Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
Develop tender and proposal strategies
Conduct headquarters‑level reviews of tender/proposal key components
Determine tender/proposal disposition and manage clarification processes
Develop opportunity assessments and engagement plans
Identify, capture, and qualify leads as sales opportunities
Plan and execute cross‑sell and up‑sell strategies
Prioritize opportunities for commercial engagement
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales quotations
Determine sales quote disposition
Prepare contract amendments, suspensions, early terminations, and renewals
Investigate commercial or contractual events and validate findings
Collect and analyze market and competitive intelligence
Collect unit‑level business intelligence
Qualification
Required
Sales experience combined with an engineering background
Ability to identify growth opportunities
Ability to build client relationships
Ability to execute targeted sales strategies
Ability to act as a liaison between sales and technical teams
Ability to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and addressed throughout the sales cycle
