Business Development Representative
DIVER5IFY is a high-growth international executive search firm that partners with enterprise brands and tech companies. They are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new revenue and engage with senior stakeholders across the US market.
Responsibilities
Prospect and engage decision-makers (Founders, CROs, VPs, Heads of Talent)
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities
Run high-volume, high-quality outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, meetups, entertainment)
Understand client hiring pain points and position tailored search solutions
Build and manage pipeline in HubSpot
Play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy as we scale
Qualification
Required
1–5+ years in BDR / SDR / Inside Sales
Proven ability to build pipeline and hit targets
Confident, articulate, and resilient communicator
Competitive mindset with strong business curiosity
Comfortable owning outcomes, not just activity
Preferred
Background in Sales strongly preferred
Experience selling/creating SOWs or Consulting Agreements (huge bonus)
