Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent brand voice
Actively manage and monitor all social media channels, engaging with followers, responding to comments and DMs promptly, and employing strategies to significantly grow our reach and follower count
Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, algorithms, luxury market preferences, and global wedding/event aesthetics
Capture, edit, and curate high-quality photos and videos (reels, stories, posts) that showcase the luxury, scale, and detail of our events and the client experience
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance data, using insights to continually refine and optimize content strategy
Collaborate with the senior event planning team to identify key moments, high-profile events, and client stories suitable for social media promotion
Maintain an organized library of digital content (photos, videos, captions) for easy retrieval and scheduling
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in utilizing and growing audiences on Instagram (Reels/Stories), TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. A strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns is a major plus
Proficiency in mobile and/or desktop photo/video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) for creating high-impact visuals
Knowledge and passion for luxury brands, high-end events, global wedding trends, and aspirational customer preferences
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, error-free copy that aligns with a luxury brand voice
Self-motivated, proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently to meet rapid deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to multitask efficiently to meet deadlines
Creativity and attention to detail

Have an extremely neat and professional appearance at all times
Must have a valid passport for travel
