ReturnPro is seeking a highly capable accounting and finance professional to own financial accuracy, reporting integrity, and analytical insight across a fast-growing, complex organization. This role blends technical accounting execution with financial analysis and process improvement, supporting leadership decision-making and scalable operations.

Responsibilities

Manage vendor and service reconciliations and execute monthly client invoicing

Perform monthly accruals and support timely, accurate month-end close

Maintain sales and service reporting to ensure accurate billing and proper revenue recognition

Execute day-to-day revenue and accounts receivable activities

Support customer audit requests with clear documentation and data validation

Produce financial and operational analysis to support Accounting leadership and FP&A

Perform cost allocations and cost-reduction analyses to identify efficiency opportunities

Support strategic planning, annual budgeting, and financial forecasting processes

Develop and maintain process documentation for compliance, balance sheet tracking, training, and continuity

Leverage accounting systems and tools to automate reporting and improve consistency

Support ad-hoc requests from Accounting Management and the Chief Financial Officer

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as the business scales
