Responsibilities

Owning and managing the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through close
Generating new business through a mix of inbound lead conversion, outbound prospecting, and industry event engagement
Building and maintaining a strong portfolio of clients within financial services and adjacent regulated markets
Creating and executing outbound sales initiatives and targeted campaigns
Developing accurate pipeline visibility and forecasts using CRM tools
Partnering with internal stakeholders on go-to-market and co-marketing efforts
Staying informed on competitive offerings, market trends, and evolving customer needs
Clearly communicating the business value of enterprise technology solutions to senior decision-makers
Contributing to broader business development initiatives beyond individual deal ownership

Required

An experienced B2B seller with 6+ years of quota-carrying experience in fintech, banking technology, or financial services software
Proven in building pipeline and closing mid-market to enterprise-level deals, either directly or in partnership-driven motions
Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders, including executives across digital, payments, compliance, and customer experience functions
Knowledgeable about the financial services landscape, including regulatory considerations, risk, payments, and customer engagement trends
Known for exceeding targets in competitive, high-growth environments
Naturally consultative, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
Self-directed, motivated, and energized by innovation and customer success

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
