Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mobile QA engineers
Oversee test planning, execution, coverage evaluation, and report accuracy
Establish and improve scalable QA workflows, quality gates, and traceability
Evaluate test strategies and ensure alignment with product risk and UX expectations
Identify QA process gaps, root causes, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with R&D, Product, Device QA, and Cloud QA teams globally
Provide data-driven quality insights, defect patterns, and risk assessments
Optimize resource allocation: personnel, devices, environments, and schedules
Qualification
Required
8+ years of software QA experience, including 3+ years in mobile QA leadership
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (Required)
Strong technical evaluation skills for test scope, data credibility, and coverage
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, lifecycle management, and quality metrics
Strong grasp of UI/UX quality principles and user experience evaluation
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience with smart home ecosystems or networking products
Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols
Python scripting or test automation experience
Experience in security or privacy testing
