Help define and enforce coding standards and development best practices

Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth

Collaborate with the team to improve our testing, deployment, and code review processes

Take ownership of key projects and guide them from planning through deployment

Work closely with the product manager and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Required

5+ years of professional software development experience

Experienced quality control leader

Strong experience with Python and backend development
