Responsibilities
Facilitating engaging, virtual workshops centered on life competencies such as creativity, communication, and critical thinking
Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to cultivate confidence, autonomy, and executive functioning skills
Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor student development over time
Partnering with other educators to refine and create project-driven learning opportunities
Fostering a welcoming, dynamic environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to develop
Qualification
Required
Valid US teaching certificate from any state
Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
Confident virtual presence; skilled at leading sessions via video
Availability for full-time commitment (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
Able to start within 2-3 weeks
Enthusiastic about contributing to a technology-enabled, student-focused school
