Support database availability, integrity, and documentation standards
Analyze and resolve production database issues and perform root cause analysis
Participate in Agile ceremonies and complete assigned work through JIRA
Collaborate with technical partners to support database design, modeling, and policy adherence
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of database administration experience
Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA
Experience with Adobe AEM
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and self-starter mindset
Preferred
Banking or financial services experience
Marketing technology experience
