Our client, Dminds Solutions Inc., is seeking an ERS (PeopleSoft) Systems Analyst 3 to work on PeopleSoft application changes and enhancements. The role requires strong project experience and hands-on functional expertise in PeopleSoft modules, as well as proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies.

5+ Project team experience utilizing Agile methodologies
6+ Experience gathering requirements related to changes in the PeopleSoft application
6+ Hands-on functional experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
6+ Most recent six years working exclusively as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
8+ Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application
5+ Strong SQL skills; ability to write and execute advanced SQL in Oracle and SQL Server
5+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
10+ Experience working in Information Technology
Preferred
2+ Past experience as a developer in one or more PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
2+ Solid PeopleTools skills, including Application Engine, PeopleCode, and SQR
3+ Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team
5+ Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
5+ Experience with prior PeopleSoft implementations or conversions from legacy systems
5+ Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans
5+ Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and usage
5+ Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems
5+ Experience with Pension Administration systems
5+ Experience with Payroll systems
10+ Expert-level troubleshooting to isolate functional and technical issues
