Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening and offering top-tier customer service

Consistently able to meet and exceed sales goals set for the AT&T Fiber Sales and Customer Support Representatives

Address customers' inquiries and concerns with professionalism, and offer personalized solutions, ensuring their satisfaction

Work directly with the sales team and other AT&T Fiber Sales and Customer Support Representatives to ensure a seamless customer enrollment process, refine sales strategies, and build customer loyalty

Keep detailed records of all sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor the company's growth

Stay up to date on all products, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers in the best solutions for their needs
