Responsibilities
Conducting daily morning sessions that inspire and prepare student-athletes for the day
Delivering one-on-one motivational coaching tied to academic and personal development
Leading life skill workshops through storytelling, guided reflection, and active coaching methods
Directing afternoon athletic training that reinforces grit, collaboration, and accountability
Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous standards for mindset and performance
Qualification
Required
Former elite athletes who competed at the highest levels of sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
Bachelor's degree in any subject
Demonstrated experience leveraging sport to mentor and develop life skills
Proven track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Willing to live in or relocate to Austin, TX
