Sr Analyst Consulting & Valuation
Playfly Sports is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Consulting & Valuation to join their team in Chicago or LA. The role will focus on researching and delivering valuable insights utilizing various research resources and data analysis to support the sales team and clients.

Responsibilities
Establish a deep understanding of the Sponsorship landscape across the sports & entertainment landscape
Perform detailed research assignments in areas including, but not limited to, property deep-dives, brand & category research, industry & asset trends, activation case studies, sponsorship deals analysis, etc
Translate findings into an easy-to-digest and compelling manner in client deliverables and serve as an authority figure on the information when sharing with sales team and clients
Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, interpretation of data, and the development of recommendations based on findings
Develop a strong understanding of Playfly Premier’s propriety valuation methodology and processes to build strategies and solutions for clients
Employ a strong sense of organization to manage tasks across multiple projects at once and participate in cross-departmental sharing of best practices and collaboration
Work closely with your manager and collaborate with your team on data strategies, critical thinking, and problem solving
Identify areas of opportunity for new processes and workflow for more efficiencies within the department
Effectively communicate difficult concepts to program stakeholders and modify personal approach and style to reflect changing circumstances
Assist in mentoring entry level analysts in shaping the raw data into a cohesive story for each client
Lead client interviews to gather relevant information across commercial strategy projects
Develop new approaches to communicating complex concepts, including through data visualization

Qualification
Required
3+ year(s) of relevant work experience in the sponsorship industry, valuation industry, or brand activation sector
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Finance, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Market Research, or related field
Experience with syndicated research and media sources, including Nielsen (National/Local TV, Scarborough), Vision, SponsorUnited, Relo, GWI, etc
Possess naturally curious mindset, enthusiasm working with data, strong adaptability, and sense of accountability
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including use of charting, formula writing, logic statements, pivot tables, index/lookups, and VBA
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify data and complex ideas into digestible takeaways for internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication skills, able to use qualitative and quantitative data, transform that information to a visually pleasing and standalone presentation and confidently present to senior and executive leaders
Knowledge of the US and International sports and entertainment sponsorship landscape
Must be a team player and able to foster excellent internal and external working relationships
