Head of Product Enablement & Customer Operations

UnlockLand is building an AI Operating System for Real Estate Development, enabling developers, investors, and asset managers to plan, manage, and optimize real estate projects with speed and precision. As the Head of Product Enablement & Customer Operations, you will own the systems and workflows that ensure successful product delivery and customer adoption, working closely with various teams to translate product capabilities into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design and lead product enablement strategies that accelerate customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization
Translate complex product functionality into clear workflows, playbooks, documentation, and training programs
Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure customer feedback directly informs roadmap and feature prioritization
Own end-to-end customer operations, including onboarding, implementation, support workflows, and renewal readiness
Build scalable operating models that support enterprise, institutional, and government clients
Establish SLAs, service frameworks, and escalation processes to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery
Define and optimize cross-functional workflows across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
Implement tooling, automation, and reporting systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability
Standardize internal processes while enabling flexibility for complex, high-value customers
Define and track key operational and customer success metrics (time-to-value, adoption, retention, expansion)
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making
Use data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Lead and mentor customer operations and enablement teams as the organization scales
Act as a senior partner to Sales, Product, and Executive teams on customer strategy and platform readiness
Represent the customer operational perspective in strategic planning and growth initiatives

Required

8+ years of experience in product operations, customer operations, enablement, or platform delivery roles
Proven experience scaling customer workflows in SaaS, AI, PropTech, or enterprise technology environments
Strong systems thinker with the ability to design repeatable, data-driven operating models
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in fast-growing organizations
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
