Responsibilities
Owning the Roadmap: You aren't just fixing bugs; you’re deciding how the platform should evolve to support a scaling business
Streamlining the 'Close': You'll partner with the Accounting team to automate month-end and year-end cycles so they can stop living in manual spreadsheets
Tackling Integrations: Making sure the data flowing between Salesforce, Certinia, and third-party tools (like Stripe or Avalara) is clean, accurate, and audit-ready
Leading the Build: Hands-on configuration using Flow and ensuring the system architecture stays healthy as new features are added
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience with Certinia
In-depth knowledge of the Accounting (FFA) and Professional Services (PSA) modules
Understanding of revenue recognition, billing cycles, and basic accounting principles
Ability to explain complex technical solutions to a CFO without using jargon
Experience in hands-on configuration using Flow
Experience in streamlining month-end and year-end cycles
Experience in ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness between Salesforce, Certinia, and third-party tools
