Responsibilities
Participate in a 24-month engineering rotational program with two, one-year rotations in various technical areas, including: Manufacturing/Operations and Maintenance
Engage across the business to be exposed to the technical and scientific aspects of plant engineering
Work in areas of safety and environment to uphold high standards
Upon completion of the program, may be offered direct placement within the organization in a variety of disciplines in engineering and production
Qualification
Required
Graduates receiving a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering between December 2025 – May 2026
Demonstrated academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.0)
Authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without restrictions or future sponsorship
Active participation in extra-curricular activities and on-campus organizations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Previous internship/co-op experience is a plus
