Absence Management Consultant - Intermediate
Indiana University Health is seeking an Absence Management Consultant - Intermediate to join their HR Operations team. This role involves coordinating the administration of Absence Management Programs, reviewing disability documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while providing support to team members and leaders.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
3-5 years of relevant experience
Experience working with FMLA, Worker's Compensation, ADAAA laws, LTD, STD, and Cobra
Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred
CPDM (Certified Professional Disability Management) and CLMS (Certified Leave Management Specialist)
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment
