Associate, Client Engagement
Innspace is an international hospitality general contractor with over 25 years of experience, and they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate of Client Engagement to join their team. This role is crucial in driving growth by reaching out to prospects and securing meetings for the senior client engagement team.

Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients within the hospitality industry
Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage prospects
Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media)
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the senior client engagement team to present Innspace services
Maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and track outreach activities
Work closely with the senior client engagement team to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up
Provide regular reports on outreach activities and results to senior management
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Attend industry events and networking functions to represent Innspace and build relationships with potential clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outreach, preferably within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel as needed to attend meetings and industry events
