Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of computer hardware (PCs, Thin Clients, RF Devices, etc.) and software, including resolving hardware and software conflicts
Instruct and provide technical assistance and training to end-users on computer equipment, operating systems, and approved applications
Provide technical support on LAN equipment (requiring engagement with Network/Telecom teams) and support shared network devices like printers, copiers, and scanners
Maintain all support requests and work orders in the helpdesk ticketing system and provide technical support and consultation for various IT projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience
minimum of 2 years working with SAP
1 year in a Technology support role
1 year working with Google G-Suite
Strong experience and working knowledge of current Windows Operating Systems
experience supporting a Citrix thin client environment
Must possess excellent personal computer and customer service skills
strong problem-solving, change management, and both written and oral communication abilities
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience supporting RF technology is highly preferred
