Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of loans, deposits, and assets under management to meet team goals

Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized financial solutions

Work with internal teams to provide comprehensive wealth management services

Process commercial loan requests and manage them through the approval process

Administer complex loan portfolios, tracking covenants, collateral, and documentation

Identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio and help clients achieve their financial goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience

NMLS certification required upon hire

10+ years of business development or client development experience, including 5-7 years of commercial lending and/or underwriting experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with banking and credit software and CRM systems

Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and managing complex client relationships

Ability to manage large projects with limited oversight
