Responsibilities
Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 students
Employ storytelling and interactive techniques to generate learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and modify workshops dynamically to address each cohort's evolving needs
Provide one-on-one and small group coaching sessions to produce measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance provided)
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years conducting small-group reading interventions with K-2 students
Demonstrated experience supporting gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning tools and analyzing student performance data
Strong instructional presence with capacity to captivate young learners through vocal delivery, storytelling, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
