Responsibilities
Maintain high availability and performance across production systems
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly and effectively
Build automation to improve reliability and reduce manual tasks
Enhance scalability and performance for microservices and serverless workloads
Support distributed, business-critical applications
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows
Share knowledge and best practices to elevate the team
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of SRE experience (cybersecurity background is a plus)
Strong AWS and/or Azure experience, including IaC and scaling strategies
Automation skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar
Solid expertise with Jenkins and Groovy-based pipeline development
Hands-on experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools
Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, and microservices
Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, and modern observability practices
