They are seeking a driven Executive Assistant to support their CEO and President by managing schedules, travel, and communications, while also assisting with major company events and special projects.

Responsibilities

Create and manage complex executive calendars, including creating daily task lists, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel

Prepare and organize executive presentations, meeting agendas, expense reports, and other key documents

Support the planning and execution of major company events, including national board meetings, Ignite the Fight Galas, Survivor Celebrations, etc

Screen and triage incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and integrity

Manage relationships via Raiser’s Edge NXT

Provide support on special projects as needed and other duties as assigned

Required

3 to 5 years of working experience

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively engage with donors, volunteers, clients, service partners, and colleagues

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to readily multi-task and pivot as needed

Proactive and results-driven team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license with the ability to travel on occasion

Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed for meetings and events

Have a passion for the PRG Mission

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree

Project management experience

Experience with Raiser's Edge or other development tools
