Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives

Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other teams to ensure product launches, campaigns, and incentives are executed effectively to increase user acquisition in the US

Liason with Global Paid Marketing team

Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, content creation, publishers, KOLs, SEO, and strategic partnerships

Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met

Partner with paid and brand design teams, ensuring consistency with a focus on ROI and data-driven results

Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency

Effectively communicate with legal and compliance teams, ensuring that all marketing efforts and strategies are compliant and well-positioned
