Qualification
Required
High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper
Must operate a 10 key calculator
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with people of various backgrounds
Detailed oriented
Problem solver
Good math skills
Five plus years of previous collection experience
Microsoft experience a must
Proficient in managed care terminology and reimbursement
ICD9-and CPT knowledge desirable
Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
Preferred
AA degree preferred
