Responsibilities
Oversight of underground water, sewer, and storm drain projects, ensuring completion within budget and scope
Manage and mentor field and office teams, driving a positive and high-performance environment
Experience working with subcontractors on commercial utility projects, not just general contractors
P&L responsibility, estimating, budgeting, and client relationship management
Strong communication and documentation skills, including contract negotiation and change order processing
Occasional local site visits within the Phoenix metro area (under 10%)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10+ years of heavy civil/underground utility project management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Oversight of underground water, sewer, and storm drain projects, ensuring completion within budget and scope
Strong familiarity with local codes, MAG specs, and OSHA safety compliance (OSHA 30 preferred)
Manage and mentor field and office teams, driving a positive and high-performance environment
Experience working with subcontractors on commercial utility projects, not just general contractors
P&L responsibility, estimating, budgeting, and client relationship management
Strong communication and documentation skills, including contract negotiation and change order processing
Occasional local site visits within the Phoenix metro area (under 10%)
