The ideal candidate will set strategic direction, develop talent, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while overseeing the sales team and achieving dealership-wide sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and dealership-wide sales objectives
Set clear expectations and drive performance through coaching, accountability, and example
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with dealership goals and market conditions
Leverage multi-brand knowledge to guide sales strategy and support confident, accurate pre-owned vehicle appraisals
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Oversee ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer engagement
Ensure consistent adherence to dealership sales processes, standards, and compliance requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned by dealership leadership

Required

Strong understanding of automotive products, valuation, market trends, and effective sales strategies across multiple brands

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Must successfully pass all pre-employment background screenings

Preferred

Proven experience in automotive sales, with demonstrated success in a sales management role preferred
