Responsibilities

Execute and monitor domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple banking platforms

Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners worldwide, resolving payment inquiries, investigations, and operational issues

Support daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term forecasting, maintaining accuracy in multi-entity cash flow models (primarily using Excel)

Assist with cash reconciliations, funding requests, and intercompany transfers, ensuring all activity aligns with internal controls and compliance standards

Collaborate with the CFO on cash and liquidity planning, providing visibility into daily positions and future needs

Gain exposure to hedging strategies and currency management, supporting analysis and reporting

Participate in new treasury initiatives and process improvements, such as automation, platform integrations, and control enhancements

Partner with accounting and operations to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems

Provide mentorship to junior staff as the treasury team grows
