Responsibilities
Operate and set up machines, such as lathes, mills, and grinders, to fabricate precision components
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Be a US Person
Have earned a High School Diploma from an Arizona school during the 2025-26 school year
Have hands-on classroom experience in the operation of machining equipment such as lathes, mills, and grinders
Have basic knowledge of mechanical components and systems
Have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Have good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
Preferred
Proficient computer skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated & responsible
Good communication skills
Ability to set priorities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Competency in drawing print reviews
