Responsibilities
Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture (majority of time)
Contribute hands-on in coding and integration (25–30%)
Break down work into stories, assign tasks, and support implementation
Collaborate with business stakeholders and guide technical decisions
Mentor team members and foster accountability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in enterprise integration and architecture
Proven ability to balance hands-on coding with solution-level leadership
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive “work giver” mindset — driving solutions, not just executing tasks
Strong Experience in TIBCO BW 5x and BW 6x, TIBCO I-Process BPM, and EMS is a must
Strong knowledge of Java, HTML
Basics of any DB and able to write simple DB SQL queries
Experience in SAFe Agile methodology or Agile/Scrum is desired
Good communication skills and ability to understand and clarify complex issues and solutions
Proficiency in general programming concepts & Knowledge of Java is desired
Should have good understanding of the software development life cycle
Team leading experience and stakeholder management
Passion for technology and willingness to learn
Preferred
Exposure to Mainframe / Struts (preferred but optional)
Insurance industry experience
