Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for state government and enterprise use cases
Work with structured and unstructured data to build scalable AI solutions
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and tuning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders
Translate business and program requirements into AI-driven solutions
Monitor, maintain, and improve model performance in production
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards
Participate in meetings during East Coast business hours and attend onsite sessions when required
Qualification
Required
4 5 years of experience as an AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and deployment practices
Experience integrating ML models into production systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with government or enterprise clients
