The Student Success Specialist will translate AI-generated performance metrics into interventions for learners, conduct coaching sessions, and collaborate with leadership to enhance educational tools and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

Constructing precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate corrective action within a 48-hour timeframe

Conducting quick-turnaround intervention calls that eliminate obstacles and re-energize students for upcoming work

Facilitating post-assessment coaching to distinguish genuine knowledge deficits from simple mistakes and outline actionable next steps

Reporting enrollment irregularities or metric discrepancies as soon as they emerge, protecting the reliability of all performance data

Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to enhance platforms, reporting tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

Provide immediate academic analysis and direct student interventions that maintain 2× learning velocity throughout the Alpha Anywhere network

Required

Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components

Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…)
